Question RedHat 9 2.4.20-6 : How to install madwifi and the dkms files

Hi,
I have installed the red hat 9 2.4.20-6 in my desktop and now I need configure a new wifi network card model D-Link DWL G520, chipset atheros.

So, after the download and execute make install of the madwifi-0.9.2.1-1 appear this message:

error: Failed dependecies:
DKMS is need by madwifi-0.9.2.1-1.rh9.rf
What is this?
It's a key?

How to install this DKMS and where I found this file?

Best regards
