Random de-authentication with Broadcom BCM4306 and B43

Hi,
I am currently running slackware 12.1 with the 2.6.26 kernel. This problem has happened since i was using the 2.6.24.5 kernel.

At random times (mostly when sending/recieving data) my bm4306 will drop and reconnect. this is somewhat of a pain due to the fact that the data stops loading and sometimes i loose my download.

I am using the B43 as a built into the kernel and running the latest firmware.

here is the dmesg
Code:
b43-phy0: Loading firmware version 410.2160 (2007-05-26 15:32:10)

I am not quite sure what is happening and some research on reason=2 pulls no results. any ideas?

Thanks.
