problem near end of wireless installation

According to the system log, something went wrong when I installed my Linksys wireless network adapter using Ndiswrapper. I got it to work once before, but am now unable to duplicate whatever I did. Dmesg says: (I have reprinted only what looked relevant, and can reprint every line on request.)

Oh, and I did go to the control center and switch to eth1, and enter the (static) IP address, subnet mask, etc., and check eth1 as the default gateway.
