ndiswrapper on startup?

Hi, I'm running slackware 10 and ndiswrapper 0.10.
I've configured ndiswrapper to work fine.
All I've got left is to get it to start on bootup.
/etc/rc.wireless is set with +x
I've modified rc.wireless.conf and commented out the section where the ESSID is set to any and I filled the Generic example with my settings.
/etc/modules.conf has
alias wlan0 ndiswrapper in it

i also ran ndiswrapper -m to write the configuration.
However, my connection is not brought online when I boot up my system.
It runs once I run /etc/rc.d/rc.wireless wlan0

Any help/suggestions?

Thanks,
Harry

add the command you want to run at start up to the file: /etc/rc.local
if /etc/rc.d/rc.wireless wlan0 is all you have to type to get it working, then put that in the rc.local file at the bottom. should work then.
