One example (there are many).

This router can be configured as a client, converting a signal it gets from an access point into wired Ethernet (four ports). I set one up to replace Belkin USB devices on three PCs - two Windows and one Linux. All three connected with cat5 to the router, which was connected wirelessly to a Linksys router.

LOL. I have this exact router! Looks like my problems are solved (or at least headed in the right direction). I will also be connecting it to a Linksys router. I'll give it a shot and see what happens.

Talking Thanks!!!

Well, it took me all of about 30 minutes to get these two PCs online using the ZyXEL router as a wireless client. I wish you had mentioned this two months ago. I don't know how many hours I spent trying to get those wireless cards working, but I know you can't fit them all into one day. Anyway, thanks to you, I've got these two kiosks on the net. Thanks a bunch!

Glad it worked. Sorry it took so long. Sometimes, it's easier to focus on answering questions as asked vs/ offering alternative suggestions.

Enjoy.
