iwlist scanning with MA111 and FC3?

Hey all,

Has anybody been able to get "iwlist" to work with the following configuration:

Fedora Core 3
Netgear MA111 USB Adapter
linux-wlan-ng

I can get as far as associating with my AP and surfing the net, etc. but when I go out to look for more APs, I get the following:

# ./iwlist wlan0 scanning

wlan0 Interface doesn't support scanning : Function not implemented

Any suggestions?

I don't believe wlan-ng supports the scanning, you will likely have to switch to AP Host drivers or orinoco?

OK, I got the answer from the wlan-user list:

It's there in the latest subversion code, and thus will be there in the
next release.

Alternatively, you can use the functionality for multiple networks
provided in the wlan.conf and associated scripts.
