i can't connect to my router...


i need help.... i actually installed wpc54g using ndiswrapper, i can scan the network but i cant get ito my router and therefore i cannot browse the internet... anyone can help please....

Are you sure your network card is set up properly, and that your router is properly configured?

i think everything is setup properly. I manages to scan a network from linux, but it seems i dont have an access point to the router, i know thats important, but how can i get that??

Just because you can do a network scan doesn't mean anything - Linux has a loopback device so you could be just scanning the loopback device and not scanning your network at all.

Do "ifconfig" as root and post the results here.

Hmmm. . . well i don't know what to tell you then. Try running "netconfig" as root.

Not that I know of, but try "netconfig" as root, like I said before.
