Unhappy how to find out a path with minimum energy??

I want to find out a path with minimum energy...
When a neighbour node in aodv protocol receives a rreq packet it forwards that packet if the current energy of a node is greater than or equal to a energy threshold...
What i have to write in aodv recvrequest code in aodv.cc...please help me out????
