how do I get the kernel to recognize a built in wireless card
I have a Dell Inspiron 8600 laptop with an Intel Pro 2100 wireless card built in. I recently changed to Fedora Core 2 from XP and everything works fine but I am unable to get the wireless card to work. I have to use an ethernet cable in order to get online. The kernel doesn't seem to recognize the hardware. I tried downloading drivers from the LInuxant site but when I tried to install the driver it said no hardware was found. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
