Question Help me problems with wireless card ASUS IEEE 802.11g model WL-107g

Hi everybody

First of all my knowlege in Linux is almost null, but i would like to learn more about it.

I just instaled now Fedora.8 and i am having problems with the configuration of my wireless card ASUS IEEE 802.11g model WL-107g.

I checked the network configuration and in the devices it says, that recognize device wland0 wireless and the harware the status is OK.

But it still doesnt work.

What i need to do to have internet?

It will be realy nice if some body could help me.

Thanks

That card has a ralink chip-set (rt2500) that is supported pretty well in Linux so you have already won most of the battle

post the output of the following command

lsmod | grep rt2

it SHOULD be rt2500, if it comes back as rt2500pci you will need to make some changes.
