I recently installed ndiswrapper on my laptop. I've gotten it to work with all of my other wireless cards, but this one is particularly troublesome. This is as far as i got:
install ndiswrapper with make && make install as root
install the driver
ndiswrapper -l shows hardware and driver present
modprobe ndiswrapper works fine
lsmod | grep ndiswrapper is proof
iwconfig wlan0 essid "myessid" key restricted mykey works
iwconfig wlan0 is proof
iwlist wlan0 scan | less shows the connection could exist
dhclient wlan0 says: "wlan0: not found"
(NOTE: google tells me a lot of people have a problem where
dhclient says "configuration for wlan0 not found", this is not my
problem)
dhcpcd wlan0 && echo "success" || echo "failure" says: "failure"
I have no idea what is wrong with the stupid thing... any help would be
greatly appreciated

dmesg (right after loading the module, and trying dhclient, only wlan0 related issues)

Odds are your driver isn't correct for that card, or in the case of certain broadcom cards you have to edit the .inf file to enable wireless(it comes with a 0 as default, needs a 1)
