I can't seem to get this USB adapter working in my OS. A lot of details near the tail end of this thread:
http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...d.php?t=476064
ndswrapper installation seemed to work, until I checked the installed driver and it came up invalid.
linux-wlan-ng-0.2.3 will not compile: gives this error on 'make all':
/usr/local/linux-wlan-ng-0.2.3/src/p80211/Modules.symvers: No such file or directory
The Modules.symvers file exists here:
/usr/src/kernels/2.6.17-1.2174_FC5-i686/Module.symvers
I've tried physically copying the file to the p80211 directory, but the error message doesn't change (strangely enough).
Any additional ideas would be very welcome.
