Airlink 3026 USB -> Wireless

Hi,

I bought a Airlink 3026 USB to Wireless
adapter..

I have tried all sorta things i could read on the web -
mad-wifi / NDIS
but nothing seems to have worked.

Any one had any luck with this ?
On fedora core 3 .. or similar ?

Did ndiswrapper install properly etc. without any errors? If so what did "ndiswrapper -l" say?

Also I'm not really at home in the usb commands but is there perhaps a command (for pci it's lspci so it might be lsusb) that shows you the chipset? Then you can search the ndiswrapper list and see which driver is used for that chipset. I'd first look at the other chipsets the airlink cards have in the ndiswrapper list to see if there's something similar.

Also you can check out the HCL here on linuxquestions to see if someone else got the card to work.

Otherwise try google, might turn something up.
