archak LQ Newbie Registered: Jun 2004 Location: INDIA Posts: 2 Rep:	802.11g solution for Intersil Device through prism2_usb I am interested to know whether the driver ( prism2_usb / p802.11 ) for 802.11g could be available from 802.11b ( Upgradable Form ). Also, please mention relevant supportable kernel version and processor type. Presently, I am under confusion to opt for which version of Linux-Wlan-ng-x.x.x Prexx version that offers support for 802.11g wireless standard. Also, please note that I am using USB-OHCI Interface to connect 802.11b/g using Intersil Dongle Device. Should you need any clarifications, please do feel free to contact me. I would appreciate your prompt and quick response.
