802.11 Roaming

I want to configure 802.11 roaming involving
centralized authentication server (RADIUS).
The main points of this project are:
1. Two Access Point
2. A Network Access Server (NAS)
3. A Centralized Authentication Server (RADIUS)

Here, when the user roams from one AP to the other, his connection must be near-seamless and connection-oriented.

I am facing problem in establishing a persistent session while the client transfers from one AP to other. Can anyone help me?
