Another point, I can browse internet through B -> C -> D -> E. So squid configured correctly.

Did you copy the http_accel lines from and restart squid...

I don't know what wireshark's http detection is like, but that looks like an ok http request.

I had some misconfiguration in squid. Transparent proxy solve my problem. In squid 2.6+ there are no httpd_accel options, I used this manual to solve: http://www.deckle.co.za/squid-users-..._Caching/Proxy

I have another problem, I cannot send HTTPS packets, and squid cannot handle them :| HTTP packets route successfully from A to E, but HTTPSes goes wrong!
