Who was 'The Hawk'? for someone who was busy most of the time?

Stephen Hawking.

Earlier in the skit a reference is made to Stephen Hawking, then later it was shorten to just, "The Hawk." I imagine the routine was film well before Dr. Hawking died in 2018.
