Question Virtual Desktops in Manjaro

Hello.

I thought that i would try my question in this forum.

I use the manjaro OS (Plasma under KDE).

I have created four virtual desktops and want to dedicate each to a work function. For example, one to web mailers, another to social networking, another to privacy, and another to leisure.

The problem that I am having is trying to get them (virtual desktops) to work indendently. When I set them up there was no provision for setting up differnet icons on each desktop.

Can anyone advise regarding the use of each desktop for separate activities?

Thanks

I've never needed the feature and I don't like desktop icons, but you might want to take a look a KDE "Activities." A member of my LUG gave a presentation on it a while back, and, as I remember, it might assist you in doing what you want to do.
