Settin up VM for red hat

I have successfully installed Oracle virtual box and now need to set up the ISO connectivity to it. I have downloaded CentOS-6.3 -x86_64 LiveCD.torrent. How do I connect the CD dowloaded version to the virtual box?

I am trying to run Red Hat on my ASUS machine virutally.

When I start up VM I get the error no bootable medium found. System Halted.

Open the settings for your VM, go to the storage page and click on the CD drive.
Click on the left side on the CD symbol and choose "Choose a virtual CD/DVD file option".

For more information about running VMs just look at the Virtualbox manual: http://www.virtualbox.org/manual/UserManual.html
