Unhappy Qemu and Mac OS X (PPC)

Hello All.
I want to install MAC OS X PPC via Qemu and I use below command :

qemu-system-ppc -m 1024 -hda /tmp/linux.img -boot d -cdrom /home/linux/mac.iso

But when I run this command, OpenBios not boot my Mac and show me an error: "no valid state has been set by load or init-program"

Can you tell me how can I solve it?

As with SEVERAL of your other threads, you provide no details....AGAIN, without details, no one can help you.

You say "Mac OSX"...what version? What kind of hardware? Virtual machine? Physical? where did you get that boot image and mac.iso? And AGAIN...have you tried actually looking up this error on Google????

There are many different things to do/try, depending on your situation. Again, since you provide no details, we can't tell you which might work.

I want to tell you that Please red my message, When I speak about Qemu, I mean is Virtual machine and when I write qemu-ppc I mean is Mac for PPC.I'm sure you never test my command and just need more details. I guess my question is very simple and I searched in google too.

I did read your message, and you STILL haven't answered the questions asked...AGAIN...you need to provide details and answer questions if you want people to help you.

The questions are still:
  • You say "Mac OSX"...what version?
  • What kind of hardware?
  • What is that virtual machine RUNNING ON??
  • Where did you get that boot image and mac.iso?
And again, that message can have any number of different fixes, depending on the situation...which you still don't tell us. No details = no help.

Sorry, not going to guess at things any longer....you need to ANSWER QUESTIONS. People don't like to play guessing games, and if you want help ANYWHERE, about ANYTHING, you'll have to actually provide such things.

So, when asked what kind of hardware, your ONLY ANSWER is "x86"??? When asked where you got the .iso image, your ONLY ANSWER is "I download"???? We already know your'e using qemu...and you STILL don't say what version, or what version/distro of Linux you're using.

You have posted the solution to your 'problem' in what you finally said above. Good luck.

It COULD be, but again, unless you answer questions, there's no point in posting. No one like to guess over and over what MIGHT be the problem, and when you're asked DIRECTLY to answer and you DON'T, it's not only rude, but wastes everyones time. Also, Mac OSX is NOT A FREE OS...did you PAY FOR IT???

Again, we go back to playing guessing games. What VERSION of Debian?? What VERSION of QEMU???

Go back, and ANSWER ALL THE QUESTIONS ASKED OF YOU, with CLEAR ANSWERS. If you aren't going to bother answering when people ask you things, then please, do NOT bother posting questions. Going back-and-forth trying to get answers so we can help YOU is irritating and rude.

And have you STILL not gleaned where your 'problem' is?? You posted the solution yourself...here's a hint:

Can you guess??? A PPC chip is 64 bit...and you are running on a 32 bit system.
