It is possible to manage virtual networks from qemu:user-session? - Virt-Manager

It is possible to manage virtual networks from user session?

From QEMU/KVM I can add virtual networks, but not from user-session...

I have all my virtual machines on user-session because of limited space on root partition.

There any method to create virtual networks from user session using Virt-Manager?
