How to proceed after installing turnkey postgreSQL appliance?
Hi, folks !
I have successfully installed turnkey postgreSQL rdbms on my system with following system config.:
Host OS: Ubuntu 10.10
VMachine: VirtualBox 4.0.4
V Appliance + d base: Turnkey linux PostgreSQL 9.0.1
I am facing struggling with issues:
1. I never had any database in my study course i.e. I am new to Mysql & PostgreSQL. Hence how should I plan ahead to make through ahead?
2. I will be very happy, if you can suggest any document/link/or any other freely available valuable mean to increase my understanding in the database and accelerate my project.
I didn't install db i.e. postgreSQL separately. I just downloaded "postgreSQL virtual appliance" from site turnkeylinux and just installed it in virtual machine created using virtualbox.
