Question Couldn't install VMware server(.rpm) in RHEH 5.4 Server

I wanna install VMware-server-2.0.2-203138.x86_64.rpm, but it failed, here is the result:

[root@xx Desktop]# rpm -ivh VMware-server-2.0.2-203138.x86_64.rpm
Preparing... ########################################### [100%]

You cannot install VMware Server on a system running a Xen kernel

error: %pre(VMware-server-2.0.2-203138.x86_64) scriptlet failed, exit status 1
error: install: %pre scriptlet failed (2), skipping VMware-server-2.0.2-203138

Why it failed because of running a Xec kernel? So what should I do if I wanna install this vmware server?
Thanks a lot!

Check the log files at /var/log and see what other messages appear there.
