Metro Atlanta LUG ?

Just wondering if there is one in the metro Atlanta area. If not, if there's enough interest I'd like to help start one.

There's ALE:

http://www.ale.org/

Its pretty big... I've never been to a meeting, having worked nights for the past 3 years up until about 3 days ago, tempted to go to the next one. There's also a 2600 meeting I think weekly at Lennox. And oddly enough, 2 LQ mods, albeit Crabby lives OTP and that's just a scary land.

Cheers,

Thanks for the info I'll check into it.

BTW OTP is only scary because it's quiet. Took me a week to be able to sleep without the usual serenade of
gunfire, etc.

Well.... that depends on where you live OTP. Bankhead is OTP. If you miss gunfire at night just cruise through real slooww

ITP can be pretty scary as well. Take Buckhead for instance. I for one like to hang out in safer areas. Like L5P.

Ha, Joe, I just noticed you live in Kennesaw as well. You've never heard gunfire there? Odd considering that all Kennesaw residents are required by law to own a gun.

Yet another reason I don't leave the perimeter... except when I need to find a Wal-Mart at like 4am.

Is this ALE group active? If so, I may want to check it out.

Kick ass, an Atlanta LUG. And why in the hell are there no wal-marts inside the perimeter? I never noticed that before now. :-D
