yast needs digital key


i try to install the packman repository and it tells me that there is no digital signature, what is all that about? how do i get a digital signature??????/

sudo rpm --import http://packman.iu-bremen.de/public-keys.asc

digital signature

Error when in Thunderbird import certificate
it asks me for a pkcs12 file.
please help me,
