Xvnc Installation

Hello all,

I doing a Tight-VNC installation at my home workstation. I working with a Slackware, 2.6.16.9(Vanilla), GNOME 2.12 environment. I am able to building the VNC client portion of the package without failure. When I attempt to install the Xvnc server I get the following error:

/exports/lib/libfont.a (which is a sub directory on Xvnc)

The question I am asking rather is what is the dependency? If you can please help I would much appreciate it.

Well I have made some progress witht the cryptic instructions. It would appear according to the instructions that slackware does not place font directory in a standard place. I should be able to pass a arguement to direct it to the font directory. Any thoughts?
