XINE question

I've just installed Mandrake 9.1 I am completely new to Linux. I am trying to play a DVD on XINE and do not know how to go about doing it. Right now Xine has 3 buttons, VCD, DVB, and CD, so I am not sure if there's something I need to install before I can play DVDs.

Thanks for your help!

xine

Try plf for the plugins that you need
http://plf.zarb.org
The d5d plugin works well for playing encrypted dvd, you may also need the libcss2 files. libcss2 will also enable the encrypted dvd playback with mplayer.
