xine and libdvdcss

How to configure xine to work with encrypted DVDs? I've installed libdvdcss 1.2.8, xine-lib-1-rc3c and xine-ui-0.99.1, but it still refuses to work.

did you install libdvdcss 1.2.8 before xine? If you compile xine from source, I think you need to have libdvdcss 1.2.8 already installed so it configures with dvd support.
