xfree problem (access violations)

My ram has been acting wierd lately. It was fine after I rebooted, which is such a windows thing, and then now it's back to half of it being used. `top` doesn't display any heavy usage on the cpu by the programs listed. Could this have some thing to do with the error i'm getting in xfree?

dmesg output:
Code:
atkbd.c: Unknown key released (translated set 2, code 0x7a on isa0060/serio0).
atkbd.c: This is an XFree86 bug. It shouldn't access hardware directly.
atkbd.c: Unknown key released (translated set 2, code 0x7a on isa0060/serio0).

process `nslookup' is using obsolete setsockopt SO_BSDCOMPAT
MCE: The hardware reports a non fatal, correctable incident occurred on CPU 0.

If your memory is going south try testing it with DocMemory. Download it, make the floppy and let it run for a few cycles. The floppy is bootable, using freedos.
