xfce and kde integrated

Is it possible to integrate the kde menu somehow in xfce, because it's quite a few commands and icons I'll would have to add to the launcher and I don't have the strength for that.

Also how the do I change the icons and font?

hmm, in newer versions of kde you simply run 'kicker' in the other wm, although don't expect all menu items to work
