I do not have luck with that

It seems that my Tungsten W could talk to the sb port. I cannot sync the data yet.

i checked, and the file.pdb DOES have content in it, from both j and kpilot

ive tryed a number of applications, but none seem to work...

to sync your usb palm, try and set the program to use /dev/ttyUSB(number) instead of /dev/ttyS0...

you have to play around till you get the right number...

I have a palm 3e, so i dont have usb, but a friend of mine had to do that.

I use quickword for the palm and it saves its documents in a modified html format. Perhaps Word to Go works the same way...

I use Word To Go on my Tungsten E and I just save the files in a native word format, saving them on an SD card and transfer them to my pc with an SD card reader and then read them in Open Office. When I want to put files that I've written in OpenOffice on to my PDA I just save them as ms word 97 format and transfer them on to an SD card with an SD card reader
