I downloaded winetools. I can't get anything to work on it. It downloads the program then says installation failed. I do have a newer version of wine, that I still can't get to work right. -Also, the arial font would download, I found another site and downloaded it though what should I do with it?
There should be a subdirectory called "fonts" somewhere under your $HOME/winetools directory. Find it, shove the arial*.exe in there, and winetools should be able to find it.
