You need more boot files for windows than the winload.exe including bootmgr. I don't know what they would be as I don't use windows that often. You might try a search to repair windows bootloader or something similar. You might also change your grub.cfg entry to point to sda2 which may be a boot partition. The bootinfoscript doesn't output any useful information about it. Change the line: set root='(hd0,msdos3)' to: set root='(hd0,msdos2)'. Nothing lost if it fails.
