Unhappy Window Maker RHL 9 Background & XTerm

Hello.

I have started using Window Maker.

When I put background image it is by default tiled on the background ( in other word if the picture is smaller than the hole display it is shown multiple times to cover the "desktop").

Can you tell me how to change this so the picture is centerd or scaled (if it is posible) because i could not find that option anywhere!

And about Xterm.
How can i make XTerm console background transparent?
