Which linux for my server?

I have been running RH Linux 7.3 as a server for a little while on a laptop server. I now like to buy a server to serve some 25 clients, connect onto internet and server mail, web pages, domain controller etc. I understand the RH line is dying. I have downloaded RH 9 Shrike and Fedora Core 2 and would like to deploy on the new server. I am seeking advice from those who run servers on what Linux distro is supper for that and if there is any major reason why I shouldnt go with FC2 or anything to really watch out for.

ClarkConnect

I use ClarkConnect (www.clarkconnect.org) for my server at home. I've really enjoyed it. Its based on RH9. Just pop in the CD, follow the prompts, and viola!
