Where Is The Gnome Desktop Folder?
HELLO ALL... .... IM FINDING THAT GNOME RUNS MORE FASTER (AT LEAST ON MY BOX) THAN KDE........SO IM INSTALLING A FEW PROGRAMS BUT I WANNA SAVE THEM IN MY GNOME DESKTOP........ I GET A LITTLE CONFUSED WITH THE DIRECTORY STRUCTURES AND GET LOST SOMETIMES.... CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHERE THE GNOME DESKTOP FOLDER IS AT... JUST FOR QUICK ACCESS.... THANKS I APPRICIATE IT............ ONE MORE QUESTION ........ IF I INSTALL A PROGRAM ON KDE AND RUN GNOME..IS THAT PROGRAM GONNA BE IN THE APPLICATIONS PANEL?.... THANKS AGAIN
