where is the apache2 config file
Dear,
i have a debian system with apache when i see that there is a new version of apache i uninstall apache and install apache2 i go to
/etc/apache2/httpd.conf to configure the server like old apache do but i found this file is like this:
# This is here for backwards compatability reasons and to support
# installing 3rd party modules directly via apxs2, rather than
# through the /etc/apache2/mods-{available,enabled} mechanism.
#
#LoadModule mod_placeholder /usr/lib/apache2/modules/mod_placeholder.so
so my Question is where is the config file for apache2 is it use the old one /etc/apache/httpd.conf
and if not why the dir apache doesn't remove when i make uninstall for the old apache.
thank you.
