whats the best software for hacking your network provider so as to get free internet

im currently in Zimbabwe. The most reliable service provider is econet (its speed is okay i guess) but its expensive. Whats the best software to use so that i surf for free? Any help is appreciated. I am using both kde and gnome desktop
