What the hell happened to my Gnome??

I just tried installing a program called Gnome simple menu-editor or something similar, and well, it messed up my system real good! After installing and rebooting the computer my toolbars had disappeared and everything was messed up!

screenshot: network . is / valdemar / weird-gnome . jpg
(apparently newcomers aren't allowed to post urls :S, so fix the link yourselves ( add www in front and remove spaces)
- This is what happens when I start the system, the toolbars blink in and out, and eventually they disappear. (and yes I'm Running Fedora Core 4 btw.)

I installed the pack through yum, I think it was just did "yum install gnome-menu-editor", I think that was the package name, although not sure.
(Btw, the package was only about 100kb, but I had to download almost 50 megs of development packs and other dependencies!)

I googled some stuff and found out others had had the same problem, but they all got it fixed with little problems, the methods people suggested didn't work for me I just want to get rid of this menu editor and get my toolbars back!!

Please help me if you can, I'm really exited learning about Linux but I can't do anything until this gets fixed
