I installed SuSE 9.2 on my computer last week and and installed MPlayer, which I've never had any trouble with before. Now, however, whenever I click an AVI, MPG, WMV, etc, file with a name like "/home/userx/My Video File.mpg" MPlayer ignores everything in the file name before the last space and ends up trying to load "/<Path to MPlayer>/File.mpg". If the filename is "My_Video_File.mpg", it has no problem. I've never encountered this before and thought there might have been a setting wrong in preferences, but couldn't see anything in there pertaining to file names.

Looks like that's an error with writing the path in a string (or vice versa don't know not really programmed that much). Could be a bug. Don't know how to fix that except for running mplayer from the command line.
