Web Devlopment software?

I was wondering if there are any programs simular to Dreamweaver / Frontpage on Linux? I am running Apache on my FC3 server but have to use a Windows machine to get on Dreamweaver. Is there something I can use to create HTML pages besides a text editor?

I have never used Dreamweaver, but here is a wysiwyg editor.

That looks very nice. Do you use it yourself? I am wanting to get some handson opinions before I install th software.

Quanta has to be the best webdevelopment tool for Linux/*nix, followed closely by Bluesfish.
