vsftp need login screen

I have just set my ftp server up
It works
I disabled anonymous ftp and set up users and directed the various users to various home folders and such
The problem I have is this

I have users that do not know how to use command line ftp
These same users will not want to learn how to use a client. Trust me they wont learn.

Since I have anonymous users blocked when they try to navigate to the ftp server they get an error message. Is there a way I can make an html or whatever login screen?

Here is some javascript for ya. I had this going before on my site until I switched to SSH. If you implement this script I suggest you force people to login through SSL so that the usernames and passwords are not floating around out there unencrypted.
