VNC Encryption

Dear All,

I am using VNC client (windows) to connect to centos server. Please let me know how can I encrypt VNC connection to the server connecting as root to make sure security. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Set up an SSH tunnel from your workstation to the server and connect VNC over SSH tunnel.

Please do not allow and use root log in over any network.
