Hello everyone,


I have a VM running, which is Ubuntu Server. My Host machine is an Ubuntu 12.04. Basically, I am trying to get those Guest Additions installed to enable shared folders - but I don't get it working.

I tried it via apt-get install virtualbox-guest-additions of which I thought was an up-to-date package, obv. it was not since the call of sharing folders (á la https://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?t=15868).

I am always in tears since I am not getting this done and I'm having problems with those guest additions for like the thousandst time - warrrgh.

Please, help me out on that one!
