I see now. You should download the file first, then install it. There are several ways to do this. I recommend the following:
  1. Go to to the VirtualBox website download page in firefox: here.
  2. Find the line entitled Ubuntu 7.04 ("Feisty Fawn")
  3. Right click on the correct versio (i386 if you have a 32-bit system, AMD64 is you have a 64-bit AMD CPU)
  4. From context menu, select "Save Link As..."
  5. Save the file on your Desktop
  6. Wait for the download to complete
  7. Right-click on the .deb file and select Open with "GDebi package installer"
  8. Click the install button
  9. Enter your admin password if prompted.

That should be it.

carried out as recommanded
could not open virtualbox 1.5.2-25433
ubuntu feisty i 386.deb.
the package might be corrupted or you are not
allowed to open the file.
check the permissions of the file

j d, right click on the .deb file and select "Properties" from the context menu. What is the size of the file?
