Video editor that can replace a small part


Which video editor that can replace a small part or section area seen on video with another one whose content is being guessed and analysed from its surrounding area ?
maybe need interprocession by cooperation with some CLI tools

AFAIK, none of them are integrated with the pretrained neural networks you need to do this.

Do you mean some automated restore program? I read about how Ted Turner had a team work on colorizing movies. They ended up running the film into a program that worked for weeks just trying to clean up the images and then adding color. Not sure anyone has an open source for that. Wish I could get it.
