Unreal Tournament under RH9.0

I have made search ins this forum and i found few matches to this error.
Ill get to the point.
I want to run UT under linux. I installed it. It runs, but FPS is like 6 - 11.
When i look @ ground or sky, FPS moves to 160
So i decided try to enable Glide rendering.
( [Engine.Engine]
RenderDevice=GlideDrv.GlideRenderDevice )
But when i tryed it, i got error message like:
Failed to load 'GlideDrv': Can't find file for package 'GlideDrv'
Failed to load 'Class GlideDrv.GlideRenderDevice': Can't find file for package 'GlideDrv'
Can't find file for package 'GlideDrv'
Can't find file for package 'GlideDrv'
Signal: SIGSEGV [segmentation fault]
What shall i do ?
My PC conf is:
Athlon XP 1800+, 256ddr,Radeon 8500 FDX LE 64Mb.
I must note that i havent install any drivers for Radeon card. Because Radeon doesn't provide linux drivers.
I hope that someone could help me and give clear instructions because i don't know linux so well yet.
