Using a really old vi version ...
I'm seeing a huge hope for a good linux setup on my old 25Mhz 4MB laptop - It's running linux right now!! But I'm editing lilo.conf with a really old version of vi and I can't seem to do anything with it. I want to write and quit, but pressing ":" just enters it into the field. If I press ESC, it does nothing. I tried Ctl-Q, but it just shows "^Q" in the bottom left corner, and if I hit a key, it disappears. I'm not sure what to do ... any linux rebels wanting to help me out? Thanks!!
