user profile problem

Hello I am usman,
i am facing a problem, i am using linux redhat 9, i made a blunder that is i had two users (1) root (2) usman

my user usman was creating some problems i decided to remove user. in that user i had mounted my fat32 based partition having 9.75 GB of data when i asked user manager to remove user it deleted my profile with data folder also

I have lost my very precious data, please tell me how can i recover my data from linux

i am in need of it

Hello I hav checked the link and selected e2undel software but it only recovers from ext2 based partitions but i have single partition of linux that is ext3 and i have lost data from vfat partition that was mounted on a folder in it(linux)

please guide me
