Apt-get in Debian
Emerge in Gentoo
pacman in Arch
slapt-get in Slackware
There are those for Suse or Fedora whose names I don't remember but some people will tell you.
Seems Apt-get is the most reliable. It is certainly the most famous, judging by all Debian-like distros.
In Apt-get, you have to install your sources as in MCC, but there is no gui to do it as in Mandrivak.
Just have to edit your /etc/apt/sources.list
